Minutes of the meeting: via Zoom 20th January 2021 at 5.30pm.
Present: via Zoom, Cllr Richard Parker, Cllr Dermot Spurrier, Cllr Trevor Pearson and Cllr John Money.
The Chairman Cllr Richard Parker took the chair.
Item 1: Public Forum (15 minutes), Closed Meeting in accordance with Section 12a of the Local Government Act 1972.
Item 2: Reports from outside bodies, as above.
Item 3: Apologies for absence, Cllr Jason Robb, and Cllr Ian Mair.
Item 4: Declaration of interests. The Chairman Cllr Richard Parker and Cllr Dermot Spurrier recorded personal interests as Members of Blankney Parochial Church Council. The Chairman added if an interest becomes apparent during the meeting you may declare it then.
Item 5: Minutes of the previous meeting.
a) To resolve the minutes of the meeting held on the 10 December 2020 The Minutes were duly accepted as a true and accurate record of the meeting, having been signed by the Chairman.
b) Matters arising from the minutes – none.
Item 6: The draft budget (as set out in the agenda papers) was approved, the Clerk to take action by next week with officers of the district council to produce this budget and convert it into the parish precept for the year 2021-22.
Item 7: Members gave the Clerk authority to deal (with the permission of the Chairman) with matters relating to the proposed banking, audit and insurance matters.
Item 8: No planning applications were discussed.
Item 9: Other matters at the discretion of the Chairman. It was noted the negotiations with the Lincoln Diocese regarding the registration/transfer of the cemetery land is ongoing.
Item 10: Date of the next meeting – TBA.
